Kalmbach Feeds All Natural 20% Protein Flock Maker Pellets Poultry Feed, 50-lb bag

I want to change over to this food per this groups recommendations. My question is Chewy’s pricing. I can live with $24.99/autoship price, but I don’t want to start them on a food that cost $33.99.
I’m wondering if someone can advise Chewy pricing. Since I can’t pick bag dates to stock up, will I have problems buying at $24.99? Will I have to worry future bags will be $33.99?

Chewy just tells me they price according to internet prices and they can change daily?

Can someone with experience buying this product from Chewy or Petsmart etc please advice their experience with pricing?

That's a pretty good price for a 20%, I might give that a try after I'm running low.

Promotions are always temporary, how long it will go for, who knows, but usually 1-2 months.

You can set up autoship, and before the next delivery check the price. if the promotion ends and/or the price went up then just cancel the autoship before the next payment is processed.

If you use auto ship— you can change the date of delivery at anytime. Autoship applies a discount. I have never had a problem with buying dog food or chicken feed.
I don’t buy kalmbach right now but when I do I buy the organic pellets. Kalmbach uses canola oil in their feed.
I buy Scratch and Peck 18% layer pellets

I order that same feed from Chewy because Kalmbach is not available anywhere near me. It's 24.99 per bag if you do Autoship and you can adjust the date, timing, or skip order any time you want.

Pro tip: order 2 bags at a time and the shipping is free. If you order one bag, it doesn't meet the threshold.

Nearly $80, yikes, and I thought this 23% crumbles from TSC was pricy at $47 (including shipping).

I was hoping to find something almost half that price to feed the 15 chicks I have currently.
It is locally grown/sourced, no ingredients from China. 100%Organic and on canola or soybean oil. My DH has stage 4 mediatized prostate cancer, we are very strict with what we eat,

Thank you all for the input. I’m currently using this flock maker. Just placed my second autoship-Chewy even had an additional $1 off promotion. I really battled putting them on the 20% high protein layer. I don’t have a rooster in this pen and I have troubles with them regulating their calcium input. I get some rough eggs coated with calcium deposits and some with thin shells. Hopefully this will get resolved when they get accustomed to all flock in lieu of their previous layer feed. This food has already eliminated most of my watery poop issues that I had with the other food, and it didn’t have all the powder dust at the bottom like the other feed.
