Ok I have been trying to get rid of the same fox for a year now. I live in a pretty tight rural area with neighbors and houses and farm animals everywhere which makes shooting a fox really hard! I bought a bigger live trap yesterday and had it set up last night. I was disappointed when I went and checked it this morning and caught nothing......until I noticed a lot of crows in the neighbors pasture. I got my binoculars and guess what they were feasting on???? A DEAD FOX !!
Someone or something took care of the neighborhood fox for me!
I know there will be more, but I am hoping this is the one that has been such a pest.
It was really brave and would come up and eat out of the cat bowl in the middle of the day and then kill the cats. And it has been after my chickens for a whole year!
