We plan on getting chicks this fall, had anyone fed dehydrated fruit and vegs and greens during the winter? (F
Food will be rehydrated)

Greetings from Kansas, Kathi, and :welcome! Happy you joined our community. I can't imagine that rehydrated fruit and vegetables would be bad for your chickens - they'd probably really like it - as a supplement to their usual ration. You might post the question in this link https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/12/feeding-watering-your-flock. You may get additional opinions. Best of luck to you!

Hi Kathi and welcome to BYC - great to have you onboard with us. Redsoxs have given you a great link. You could always search "feeding dehydrated food" and see if anything pops up.

Best wishes
CT

Thx! Will ck it out

My son calls chickens "land catfish" everything you give them is delicious to them. As long as it's rehydrated I think they'll love it.
