I got all the zucchini and onions cut up and soaking in a salt brine. They have to soak for 2 hours.

I also have the cheese in the press.

Thank you, Benny! I totally agree with you. The resh is a hard one to get used to! The rest of the letters are pretty easy, though. It just takes some to to get them down.

You are welcome, the more complicated are the Ain = ע, the chaf=כ, and the chit=ח.
