I'm good! I'm chopping veggies right now.
Look at this two legged purple carrot and this two legged golden beet! When you grow your own food, you have the chance to see so many things that you wouldn't find in a grocery store.

For the life of me I can never make my potatoes come out like the ones I have at restaurants or weddings. I’ve baked them in the oven I’ve baked them on the stove, but I can’t get them to be soft without having some of the potatoes being too crunchy.
What temperature do you bake them at?
 
Maybe 400. My mom cooks them in the oven usually and I cook them on the stove when I put them in my laffa.
You might try baking them at 325 or 350. Those are the temps I bake mine at. If you cook at them at too high of a temp the outside will burn before the inside gets cooked.
