Not counting man-made snow, or the snow my cousins brought home in a cooler from their vacation to Utah all those years ago, or the snow seen distantly on mountains, I've never seen snow

Yes it really shook her up bad. But a year or two prior there was a bombing in the parking lot of the twin towers so when she felt the vibrations on 9/11 she just got out of the building as fast as she could.
