Tell him he can say sorry by fencing his property, keeping his animals off your property, and by paying for all damages caused by him and his animal! :rant

I don’t even know what the dog is doing here. He has a supposed “shock collar”. I want him to burn in Hell. That’s my anger speaking, I know, but omg. :mad:

Regardless of his dog has a shock color or not his dog should not be on your property!

Seriously don’t talk to him until you’ve calmed down. You need to present all the facts of his negligence to him. If you go off on him you will undoubtedly forget some things that you mean to mention. Take a minute and write down all the things you want to talk to him about. :hugs
