I think it can be marked up to good husbandry. Anyways, what's that to do with ducks? They are free spirits who aren't in cages under lights.

Water? Drakes? Amplification systems? Room service?
It always came naturally to mine.
Maybe they do crowd around the light at night and I don't realize. Probably you just can't find the nest. They are good at hiding.

Yes it’s going to be a brooder I think

I'd say about 20 hens in all including all the bantams.

The first time I got calls they laid later. Then as each year passed they got earlier and earlier. Maybe they just will take a bit longer.
