Must be, she looks great! It’s sooo hard to get pictures of her because she moves so much. If/when I do I’ll post them but y’all have to promise not to judge

Sardines are a good source too. I make up a little"chicken salad" treat with chopped strawberries, blueberries, sardines including juice, and enough game crumbles to kind of bind all the juices together. The birds here go nuts for it.

My day has been alright. Had a great day at work - got lots of things done. Then came home and hung out with the birds & BYCed.
