Day 19 for the quail: One hatched. Neither of the ones pipped this morning have hatched... but are mostly still alive. I candled the other eggs, they all have a significant amount of veining (looks like no yolk sac has been absorbed), and a few that look DIS already. I’m assuming I’ll end up with two or 3 quail and the rest will be DIS.

Hey Kayla, I was looking at your brooder set up...if you plan on putting the quail chicks in there, you might want to put some screen over those vent holes...quail chicks will jump up and get out through the openings in a quick chilly minute!
