I just got a kenonnixs from Amazon after reading reviews and it seemed good i also read that the govee was a good hydrometer well I was testing it out my kebonnixs is set to it’s factory setting 99.5 and 50% well the govee is saying it’s 99 degrees and 40% should I trust the govee or the kebonnixs?

Number one rule, in my opinion, is to never trust an incubator's numbers.

Salt test the Govee and then repeat your test.

Also remember that the entire incubator may not be the same temp at all times...sometime one or more spots will heat up higher.

I keep no less than 4 thermometers in my bator at all times, including a Govee so I can see the temps in multiple spots at a glance.

One more thing...50% would be too high for my bator.
30% would be close to perfect.

Well, I think you have an accurate unit. My Kebonniks was my first incubator and I should have returned it as while it showed 99.5 my digital thermometer showed at least 10 degrees cooler. I lost all that bunch. Then I bought another Kebonnix and it read 99.5 while my thermometer showed 96 degrees. Four hatched from that bunch. I now have 2 Smart Incubators and a Mikiroy. They are accurate in the temp

I just learned the hard way that some chicks will hatch in 96 degree incubator. But I’m getting rid of that unit. That will leave me 3 that I trust
