Keel cyst?

I just noticed this on my Jen yesterday, is it a keel cyst?
I held her up by her feet and it seemed to deflate.
If I give it a squeeze it seems to deflate.
Deflated, the skin is red, but surrounding is normal.

Looks to me like sour crop. You may find meds for this at your feedstore or tractor supply or online. Apple cider vinegar in the drinking water may help.

Do not hold her upside down, because if her crop is full and puffy or sour, she will vomit and could choke to death. Here is some info on crop problems:
