Since I have just figured out there is no way I can stay at the merrimack swap this coming weekend, I will have some 3 week old EE's and 3 Week old Buff Orps all pullets. I will only have 3 or 4 of each depending on what I decide to keep. Who knows what I will acquire between now and then hehe.

I only have a few chicks left at this point and I am doing Merrimack this weekend. I can get together some mixed breed hatching eggs for Keene but most likely will have little or no chicks! I wish I could make a hatchery order, but alas, no money

I do hope to have more paintings ready for Keene though and maybe some etched glass as well. I have a lot of work to do for my new job though so finding time to live and do some artwork is just not working out so well.

That settles it then....I'll order 30 chicks from Mt. Healthy. Whatever I do not get rid of at this swap I'll craigslist....I'll GET all sexed female chicks too and vaccinate them!

the vaccination thing makes me nervous. and i am wondering how many of us buy day olds and place them all together not knowing that the vax chicks can make our non vaxed chicks sick. what do you all think?
