Almost 2 wks. ago we got a notice telling us about a complaint and notice to remove our chickens ( we only have 3 left now ) from our suburban back yard. My husband called me today to say that the Town Assessor will review our case and will possibly allow a veriance (sp? ). So please keep your fingers crossed that we can get this. I will still have to remove them till it's all worked out which I'm not happy about but if I can get them back it's worth it!

I also think I know the person who may have complained. They once said it was OK, but today I came home to find thier house on the market. I wonder if they wanted them gone for that reason??

Wait, you can have HORSES and not chickens?

No I board my horses.....I live in the suburbs, you have to have a min. of 5 acres to have any livestock, including chickens...
