Keeping a few turkeys in an urban area

Hi I am wondering what are the best birds to keep as pets/hobby in an urban area. I am looking for farm related animals. Therefore I would like to know if it would be a good idea to keep 1-2 turkeys in an urban area like NY. Though this idea seems quite farfetched I still would like to know what you guys think. Please reply

I would not recommend it. Turkeys are loud and would smell pretty bad if kept confined.

It would depend on how much room you have. They can also be pretty loud, so your neighbors might not approve.
