Keeping Bobwhites?

I have a chicken tractor that is 4'x8' and I think it would work for quail. Can a mix or male and female bobwhites be kept together?

You can keep male a female bobwhites together, (most of the time) But its usually better to keep around 1 male to 3 hens. Quail usually do better off the ground on wire.
