I need some suggestions on things to do to keep busy while the hatch is happening.

So far:
Baking a loaf of honey wheat bread.
Making biscotti
Making cinnamon buns.

Now they're all rising, and I need some more ideas.

Make a batch of biscuits, fry some eggs and sausage/bacon and make homemade frozen breakfast meals

Also making oatmeal chunk cookies, and 3 cheesecakes, sure come on over, Anything not eaten today goes into the chest freezer for later (I bake 6-10 loaves of bread at a time and thaw as needed).

We have one that just pipped then rocked into the thermostat and made a big old hole in her shell and all I want to is check and see if its ok because I still see blood vessels in the membrane and a head moving every once in a while but instead I walked to the mail box and then walked to the store and did some shopping and marinated meat for dinner tonight. went and blew bubble with my son ohh and went for a walk again.

Paint a room.
Rearrange your furniture.
Fingerpaint with your kids.
Wash all the windows in your house, inside and out.
Wash your walls.
Sew something...
Build the Eiffel Tower with toothpicks or popsicle sticks.
Do a hard puzzle. 3D ones are fun.
Play Suduku.
Water your garden/flowers.
Chop down a tree.

Normally I just sit right by the incubator and watch. But recently I've had a lot of broodies, so I just go out and check on them every once in a while...Or sit in the coop with a good book.

Jalipieno cheddar loaf added (my kitchen looks like a bakery).

Do a hard puzzle. 3D ones are fun. (I like puzzles-want to do one together?)
Play Suduku. (I like sudoku also)
Water your garden/flowers. (I can handle that one)
Chop down a tree. (tree is already down, just chop it up)

hang in there, the chicks will be hatched before you know it.

Hmm how about a I just send you a big batch of cookies?

By the time i get to MN (Minnesota?) and back, they may have hatched... maybe. We painted the kids' room on sunday.

Adding :
simmering marnara sauce,
freezing 20 LBs of lemon juice and zest,
marinating beef jerky
and chicken for dinner.
