keeping cornish rocks to breeding age

i herd of people who have kept cornish rocks to breeding age. I need to no how long of feeding to give them a day right now i have them on 4-5 hrs of feed a day they are very active birds since they only get so much feed wich is good any ideas or sources to find out let me no

I don't think it's worth it, personally. The second generation birds are said to be a lot slower growing than their parents. Plus, of course, the fact that they tend to live sad, unhealthy lives.

I wouldn't advise breeding them.

Since cornish rock are a cross of cornish and plymouth rocks it doesn't make a lot of sense to breed them. The offspring won't be like the parents.
 
Try posting this on the meat bird section theres a couple of people doing it right now.
