Keeping different types of quail together

I've been raising quail for six years now and have bred button quail for a while and have both coturnix and celadon. I was wondering if I could get scaled quail or maybe gamble's as well. Can you keep those two together? Can you keep them with coturnix? I'm very ready to give huge amounts of room if necessary.

Also even if I can't keep them together I may still get them. Is there anything I should know about them that differs significantly from coturnix?

Coturnix and celadon are the same species (Japanese coturnix). Keeping different species together is generally not a good idea. There are some people who make it work, but they usually have large aviaries and low populations.

The new world quail tend to be more territorial, especially during mating season, and can pose a threat to your cots.
