Keeping eggs till time to incubate

How do I store my eggs till time to incubate , I live in the deep south so it gets pretty hot during the sommer months

I live in a cool climate so it may be different for you.

When six days have gone by, I take the eggs out, turn on the heat and then put them back in to start incubating.
