Keeping food seperate

I have laying hens and pullets. How do I keep the laying hens from eating all of the grow food. Is it bad if they get into it? The younger ones keep to their own food, but the hens wont stay away from the grow food.

I have both as well. I looked around on this site and the concensus seems to be to feed them all grower and have oyster shell available in a separate container near the feed. The hens will take it when needed and it's ok if the pullets get into it but I find they don't bother with it much. The eggs, and shells, have been superb and my pullets are growing like weeds!

I also make sure I give extra yogurt to my hens.
