Keeping peacocks and quail?

I'm getting some peacock eggs in a week, and I have a flock of 11 bobwhite quail. I'm thinking I might have to house them both together temporarily until I can build a bigger pen for the peacocks. Will this present problems? I asked the folks on the peafowl forum but they didn't really know. I read that peacocks generally get along with other birds, even quail... what about diseases that can be spread between them? Do peacocks carry diseases quail can be susceptible to like chickens do? Thanks.

I'm assuming pheasants are the same as peacocks then... I can't find any information on quail and peacocks specifically. Probably both game birds together would be ok since they both seem to be pretty vulnerable to disease.
I'll probably keep them together temporarily, as I read somebody else had some success with that and no problem
