KEEPING WATER CLEAN

has anybody ever tried putting the water bowl out side of the coop, and making a hole for there head to stick out just enuff to dip there head in water? i have 3 muscovys and i swear as soon as i change the water bowl and water tub. its dirty 10 minuites later lol

YOu can try this it works i used it last winter, i just don't in the summer.. i am already hauling a hose about so i don't care so much.

I have a 3 gallon water drinking thingy and it already has something like that how did you make the hole though?
