what are some ways i could keep my water from freezing i have it up off the ground on a concrete block is there anything i could do from keeping it from freezing temps are starting to drop so i am wondering what to do that is cheap

I put warm water in my waterers in the morning and take the waterers into the garage at night after they roost. Once roosted they won't be needing them anyway and just bring them out in the morning when I feed. Works good so far.

watching to see what other folks say...

With no direct power in my coop, none of the bucket heaters or heated water-ers are a good option for me (I'd have to run extension cords 200+') I'm thinking that for me it's going to be a couple of rubber bowls switched out daily for thawing.... and I'm not liking that much.
