I appreciate all the tips for using freezer paper. We are happy with the meat when using the Food Saver, but have had a couple of large birds that needed to be cut up as they wouldn't fit into the bag whole. We'd like to keep these large birds whole for roasting.
I think we'll might try one with the double wrapping and tape and see how we like it.
