So he surprised me and piped early, i was so excited i didn't get the paper towel in there (round brinsea incubator) he wants to stand up REALLY bad but obviously its slick. Just let him feather out anyway or it hurt itself? There are four other eggs still in there and the keet is still attached so far.

If the other eggs are not yet pipped, I would go ahead and put your paper towel down. The slick surface can cause the keet to end up with leg issues which why it is best not to hatch eggs on a slick surface. On a side note I always have keets hatch on day 26. Some take up to 28 days but my first ones always hatch on day 26.
