keets looks weak

I bought 20 keets yesterday and all were healthy and running around. This morning one is hanging to itself has gunky eyes and just wants to lay around. I have separated it. What does it sound like and what should I do.

I'm not sure what could be wrong, but for sure keep him separated and very dry and warm.

He may be the weakling. Give him some sugar water and see if he perks up. Recipe for sugar water on Mcmurray chicken site. Just dunking his beak in a couple times and hours and see if this helps. Off the top of my head for the sugar water was one teaspoon of sugar to 6 oz of water.If he perks up put him back with the others. They will keep him warm and he will learn from the others.
