My vet perscribed Keflex 250 mg orally to one of my hens for puncture wounds (presumably dog bite). I finished the pills nearly 2 weeks ago. How long before I can safely eat her eggs?

This article lists many of the drugs used on poultry. Apparently cephalexin can be found in eggs for a long time after use (>21 days in the yolk).
Following oral administration of cephalexin to chickens, the drug is widely distributed and found in high concentrations in the bile, suggesting hepatic metabolism (Kitagawa et al., 1988). Cephalexin appears to preferentially deposit in egg yolk, and residues can be long lasting (Kitagawa et al., 1988)
