Kennel Cough

Got a question. I went out of town for a few days and left my dachshund at the Vets office to be kenneled. Got her back Monday and she seems to have caught Kennel cough does anybody know if it can be transferred to turkeys. I've got one thats almost 3 months old and 6 that are almost 6 weeks old. This is my first go around raising turkeys and I want to take care of them as best as I can.

Thanks, its says it's a doggie flu but I've heard it also affects cats and other pets. The dogs dont stay with the turkeys but I spend time with both and it being airborne infection didnt wanna get my turkeys sick too.
