2. Half horse pasture with 3 stall barn
3. Half pond big deep fully stocked pond...
4. Small 2 Bed 2 Bath house
5. Detatched 2 car metal building
6. Entirely fenced property
7...... as soon as the paperwork is final a large coop with 3 or 4 chicken tractors!
