I did see the law
[COLOR=333333] Up to 12 chickens are permitted on a minimum of 7,000 square feet of land, up to 25, on land where one family occupies one home. An enclosure is required, but must be no closer than 50 feet from neighboring homes.[/COLOR]

Thanks, yeah I found that too... Was just hoping maybe since 2008 some changes have been made.

When i checked the laws for Chula Vista, they have yet to change. If you start a petition, i'm sure a lot of people here will vote.
