Khaki Campbell Drake bill changing color again- at about 16 weeks old

One of our Khaki Campbells bills in changing color. It has been a slate gray color now it is taking on golden color. The other drake of the same age has a golden bill. Find it odd that the bill color is changing now. Anyone know if this is normal for Khaki's???

One of my males has a golden bill and the other two have grey/black bills not sure why, I was just trying to figure to figure that out.
