If she is a runner mix, it would work. The crossing to make a khaki Campbell (I assume) would be mallard x runner or Rouen then the offspring crossed with whatever breed was not used in the original crossing. So if she is a mallard x runner, that just head starts the breeding process for a khaki Campbell. Do you have a Rouen drake? Breeding her to that (if she is indeed a mallard x runner) would make a khaki Campbell.
