Khaki Campbell Ducks and egg laying

I read that chicken eggs for eating purposes, can be kept up to 9 months by doing the following. Clean the eggs, coat them with oil, refrigerate. Logic seems to dictate that the same could be done with duck eggs. Change of topic now; I would like to find a few fertile Khaki Campbell eggs to see if one of my hens would set on them. Has anyone successfully done this, and who can I get the eggs from? thanks all.
