Khaki Campbell eggs

My Khaki Campbell pair have started mating. They are 3-4 months old. Should i expect eggs?

Mating doesn't cause ducks to lay eggs, it just fertilizes them. Ducks lay eggs with or without a gentleman caller

That said, while it's a bit early for her to start laying, it is certainly possible, and even if not, she should start laying within the next 2-3 weeks (If she's 4 months old, which is about 17 weeks). If she's 3 months old, it might be 6-8 weeks.

Most of my ducks began laying after 7 months. Some as late as 9 months old. Mating is a separate happening from egg laying. My ducks were mating long before I got eggs.
