Khaki campbell or no?

It looks like a drake Khaki to me. The genders look very similar when they first get their feathers but the boys get solid, dark feathers just above their tails, the girls get two toned, lighter ones. View attachment 1919911

Females frequently have a brown/black bill and drakes may have a more gray/green bill.
