Well I tried for 4 months to keep this handsome man... He gets along with 9 of my 10 ladies but he chases away my (disabled)welsh harlequin, and she is begging me to rehome him... I put him in drake jail now, it's sad because all he does is pace the fence line.
I'm in Cecil County Maryland. He is going to be 2 years old next month.

Are you able to separate him along with a few others so he’s not alone and having them live like that?

I have spent many hours thinking, trying to figure out how to do that. It is 'kinda-sorta' possible, but without going into details..there are circumstances in my yard and household / and with my neighbors, that make it difficult.,, probably not impossible, but quite difficult.

Im trying a few things and its working out.. I let him out with the girls again because Perdy wasnt limping today, but at night he has his own seperate part of the coop.
Some of the ladies seem to really love him, especially one (a khaki named Teeny) she was staying near him when he was in jail. Im going to keep watching and just try to give breaks to the ladies who get run down by him. <3
