Khaki with a lame foot

Hiya

I have a 4 month old Khaki hen who started limping a few days ago. She has a sore (not bumblefoot though??) on a pad, so shes been separated in a little "hospital" pen and has been getting epsom baths and bluekote. My question is.. If she is taking an epsom bath and drinks the water, could it hurt her? After her bath today she took a BM on the floor and it almost looked like bloody speckles (though she also ate watermelon today). Just wondering if the two were related! I have a picture if anyone actually wants it Thanks all!!

Go ahead and post the poop picture. I don’t know a lot of duck medical things, but I do know epsom salt can be used as a laxative.
