Kick her out the nest?

I have a broody hen that hatch her babies 3 days ago. She has no more eggs, but she is still sitting in the nest.

I have been adding food & water to the nest, since the chicks need to eat, but she still staying put.
Would it be OK if I move her out of the coop to the run? I don't want to interfere a lot, but worried the chicks are not getting proper nourishment. This is the first time she is a mamma.

Some hens will wait in the nest for days making sure all of the chicks have hatched and that the hatched chicks can keep up with her. Some are also more patient than others. I just had 3 broody hens given chicks at the same time. 1 of my broodies was up and out of the coop with her babies within a day, the other two waited 3 days before they even started to wander out. I just make sure to keep chick sized feeders and waterers next to where she's sitting. The broody will still reach forward from her sitting position to show the chicks how to eat and drink. If it goes on much longer I might try encouraging her to leave but as long as there is food and water they should be just fine! Congrats on the hatch of precious little fluff balls!

Three days post hatch in the nest is okay if you are providing food and water. I would expect her to venture out with her chicks soon though.

Edit. You need to keep that water clean at all times though and change the feed regularly because the chicks will poop in it.

Is she going to be introducing them to a flock of other Birds? If so? she wants to wait till she feels it's safe enough to bring them out.

Good Morning everyone, My chicken (Camelia) just hatched her first 3 baby chicks yesterday. She still has more to hatch. Yesterday she looked good, her mood was broody (grumpy looking) lol, but all looked normal. This morning in checking on her and the baby's she looked very tired, her eyes were half open and as i stared at her she kept on closing them as if she were extremely tired. Is this normal? any advise is appreciated.

That doesn't sound normal to me. Does she have food and water next to her? I would add some Nutridrench to the water as well, it's safe for the chicks and will give her a boost. I hope she's ok!
