i have two ducks currently that have nests on our pond... right next to each other. One duck has hatched her eggs (5 sweet babies). The other is still waiting. Our pond has been low enough I have gone out and thrown 5 rotten eggs out. I found an egg in the pond yesterday and brought into the brooder. It was alive. Went out net morning and took out a rotten one and replaced with the live one. She kicked the same egg out again. Picked it up and don’t see movement this time. Want to crack it open but how long should I wait to do so?
