I was wondering if I could use flea shampoo for dogs to get rid of lice on my goat.

Yes to both, but the easiest quickest fix is a dose of ivermectin injectable given orally. It's cheap and works really fast.

2x on ivermectin...i've used that for a lot of my animals.
