Wintent waited by her cell until the guard opened it she walked in and sat down in the bed.

Jessie glided down next to her and helped Kat up. She brushed a little dirt off her face and said "Kat, calm down! Take a deep breath and just calm yourself. I know it's hard adjusting to all this, but it won't help anything by trying to run away. Unless you learn to control yourself and your new powers, you could end up really hurting or even killing yourself or someone else. Even if you did get outside, the sun would turn you to ash without the special lotion they make here to prevent that. Just sit down and breath for a minute."
