Kids Fevers

Anybody know why a kids fever always goes up in the evening? Grandma used to always say "the fever comes up when the sun goes down" and from raising my 2 kids, it's true... I'd LOVE to know why! Kam woke up with a fever around 100.5, and I got it down during the day, I just checked him and it's up to almost 102. It never fails!

I dont know, but its true for alot of fevers! Weird..
