They put on a tulip festival every April but unfortunately this year due to covid it was cancelled

Yeah...isn't it great...same over this way. I think they are more common in MD (from what Marylanders I know tell me) than here in DE. Imagine the shock over 3 here over the past 3 months!!! I was in #3...driving home from a job interview. My SUV's leather seats will never be the same.
