Don't know if this has been floated here or not..... 6-7 years ago on a Foodie show Yogurt got a booster shot.
Equal parts Ricotta cheese & greek yogurt and then add fruit to your desired level. We do 1/3's of frozen blueberries, Ricotta & greek yogurt. Or frozen berry blend.
I usually mix it up the night before so the berry's then and color the blend when stirred up in the morning..... Case in point here is this mornings mix:

I had a "comfy food" growing up in SW Michigan, specifically at Baba & Grampa's house on the lake. Frozen blueberries in a coffee cup with milk. Let the berries freeze the milk then enjoy during an episode of Dallas, a Tigers game, or sometimes as late as Johnny Carson while spending the Friday night with them. From about age 5/6 onward.
