It's up here too. It has actually gotten a lot lighter since 10:30 this morning but still gloomy with no sun.

I LOVED marching in the local Christmas Parade. Between Cub Scout, Boys Scouts, Girl Scouts and Marching Band, it was a tradition - every year for 18 years. It always fell on the weekend of DD's birthday, so we made a big deal out of it. everybody met at the house and walked "downtown" together. Afterwards, we met back at the house for a huge pot of chili, fresh cornbread, ice cream and cake. It was fun! I miss it!
