Oh, that’s delicious sounding. My brother made pumpkin pie the other day and cooked the extra crust with cinnamon and sugar. I never thought of fancy ways to prepare it like that.

Here's a better shot of them -- they look like tiny, bite-sized cinnamon rolls:

I never measure or weigh each piece -- just grab a lump, roll it out, sprinkle, reroll, cut, bake -- so the sizes vary greatly.
