Home fries. They serve them as hash browns because so many people are used to saying hash browns.

There is no Chick-fil-A around here. There is a Sonic down by the Interstate but I have never gone there.

Home cooked food is the best if there is a competent cook.

I have had Tater Tots. They are acceptable but not something worth worrying over. Home deep fried (from fresh potatoes) French Fries and properly made hash browns are so much better than a Tater Tot which is made by grinding potatoes, forming them into little balls and deep frying them. No matter where you get them (unless totally homemade), they have been frozen before being thawed for their final cooking.
