Allergies...first time I took kiddo for testing we got positives on 36 of 64 different items. I nearly passed out! Things did get a little better with time and the horse, cat and rabbit ones went away, but new ones have come along and several major ones stayed so we have to carry Epi-pens 24/7.

it was ahhhmazing! as usual even though he used one the the pieces of venison that we typically don’t eat (he said it was a “twitchy” that most ppl grind) he made it all fairly low sodium too! i thought the best part was the homegrown jalapeño/serrano salsa that we made from the garden!!

I’ve got 1/4 blackstrap in the freezer that I’m going to use to make shredded burritos. My sister in law has a good recipe for It apparently so I’ll give it a shot. Fish tacos tomorrow night though.
