not really....speed is not the dangerous factor of motorcycle as long as traffic conditions allow.....if you are in an accident most likely same outcome whether 60mph or 100mph
we don’t ride much anymore because of the increased danger from other “car” drivers

If you aren't in control of the motorcycle, you are dead.

You’re never in control of it though. You can’t control what other people do. If you get hit in a motorcycle, it’s basically death or else serious injury isn’t it? At least a car you might stand a chance. But maybe they are both equally dangerous. Idk. I haven’t looked. Bit I know around here bicyclists and motorcyclists get hit and/or killed quite often.

Not to me. It's was awesomeness incarnate! Taking those nearly 90° turns at 60+mph was better than ANY rollercoaster ride EVAH!
